Green Service designs and constructs customized biogas installations on all kinds of organic waste streams (vegetables, manure, sludge,...). Anaerobic digestion of the biomass by this patented concept results in the production of biogas and digestate, to which both value is added.

High-Standard CHP

A robust, reliable and high-standard CHP is guaranteed to convert the biogas into renewable energy in a maximum qualitative and quantitative way. The generation of green electricity ensures that your company or industry can run independently from the electrical power grid. Furthermore, the produced heat from the CHP can be valorised by Green Service for waste hygienization, space heating and/or other heat-demanding processes.

Thermophilic Hygienisation

The construction of the digesters of Green Service distinguishes itself by the fact that the organic matter is fermented under thermophilic conditions (52-55 ℃). As a minimum residence time of the waste is maintained in the reactor, a hygienised and exportable digestate is guaranteed after digestion of the raw material. In this way, the cost of waste disposal can be strongly reduced and even returns may be associated when following this patented concept.

Why choose a biogas installation?

As fossil fuels become depleted, the ever-expanding world population is obliged to look for alternative energy sources. Moreover, the use of fossil fuels have major implications both for greenhouse gas emissions (burning of fossil fuels) as for human health (air pollution). Biogas installations reduce greenhouse gas effect as CO2 (carbon dioxide) is 24 times less harmful than CH4 (methane).
Biogas installations use the proprietary waste flows as a renewable source of energy and aid contributing to a circular agriculture or industry. In this way, the use of external energy sources are avoided.
